ICLS Data Center Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage and ensure reliability of data center critical infrastructure systems Oversee maintenance and operations of UPS, rectifiers, PACU, generators, and fire suppression systems Support design reviews, technical surveys, estimates, and project implementation as needed Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and SLAs Provide operational support for enterprise and mission-critical customers Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal engineering teams Respond to incidents and provide after-hours or emergency support when required Maintain documentation, reporting, and operational records Qualifications: Engineering graduate, preferably licensed (EE, ME, ECE, or CE) Minimum 5 years experience in Data Center Operations, Facility Management, Design, Survey, Estimation, or Project Implementation Experience in large-scale enterprise or mission-critical operations environment Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure systems and operations Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
