IBM z/OS Systems Programmer

5 years of experience in zOS Systems Programmer. Provide Level 3 (L3) support and administration for IBM z/OS environments. Deliver Level 2 (L2) support for DB2, CICS, and MQ technologies. Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot TCP/IP, Telnet, and AT-TLS configurations . Support RACF administration and security-related activities. Perform system maintenance activities including: Applying PTFs System updates and patches ISV product installations and upgrades Investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests within agreed service levels. Analyze system issues and implement sustainable solutions to improve stability and performance. Collaborate closely with application, middleware, network, and security teams to support business-critical systems. Contribute to operational excellence through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
