IBM MDM Lead Developer

Salary: $70,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or another relevant field Hands-on experience with IBM MDM or Informatica MDM, Match360, and MQ messaging Experience integrating MDM with batch and real-time data processes Experience with PME customizations and survivorship rules Experience gathering requirements and performing solution design, configuration, and implementation Typically 7 or more years of relevant experience in enterprise environments, ideally in the financial industry Responsibilities: Design, develop, and operate IBM Master Data Management solutions, covering data modeling, standard services, customizations, match-and-merge processes, survivorship rules, and security controls across the master data lifecycle Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient, and observable data pipelines for batch, real-time, and near-real-time integration Plan, architect, migrate, monitor, and manage enterprise cloud systems and corporate applications and data Help create and enforce effective data management policies and practices Develop methods for collecting quality data and ensuring its adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy Establish efficient, secure procedures for data handling and analysis, while supporting compliance with legal and company standards Support daily use of data systems and establish rules and procedures for data sharing Monitor and assess data systems, identify performance improvements, and evaluate potential technologies and upgrades Protect digital databases and archives from security breaches and data loss Troubleshoot data-related issues and authorize maintenance or modifications Provide specialized consulting, analytical, and technical support; independently diagnose and resolve problems, including non-routine situations Take on broader work or accountabilities as needed Technologies: Architect Cloud IBM Informatica Support Security DevOps Network More: We are BMO Financial Group, united by our purpose to boldly grow the good in business and life and create lasting positive change for our customers, communities, and people.
