HR Services Analyst

About the role We are looking for an experienced HR Systems Support & UAT Analyst to support HR technology applications, system testing, deployment validation, and process improvements. The role will focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, deployment readiness, and system support across SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow Case Management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in WalkMe configuration, HR systems testing, and coordinating with DevOps and business teams to ensure successful system enhancements and releases. Key responsibilities Perform UAT for SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow Case Management applications Execute test cases to validate system enhancements, configurations, and new functionalities Conduct user acceptance, controls, and process testing for outsourced HR processes Execute and retest assigned scenarios based on system changes and business requirements Determine whether test scenarios pass or fail and document results in HP ALM Provide detailed descriptions of failed scenarios and identified defects Manage complex and high-priority HR system support and testing activities Coordinate with DevOps, technical, and business teams to identify and resolve system defects Perform deployment readiness checks and impact assessments Configure and maintain WalkMe digital adoption solutions About you Experience supporting SAP applications Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Experience with ServiceNow Case Management Knowledge and experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Experience with test execution, defect tracking, and retesting Knowledge of deployment readiness and post-deployment validation Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining WalkMe solutions Experience with HR systems, workflows, and business processes Ability to coordinate with DevOps, technical teams, and business stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
