About the role We’re looking for a customer service pro who thrives in trade industry environments—plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or generators—and who’s comfortable juggling inbound/outbound calls, precise scheduling, and real-time dispatching. You’ll work an 8-hour shift from home, keeping teams and customers in sync. What you’ll do Serve as the first point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound calls. Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and urgency. Dispatch technicians for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and generator jobs. Operate daily in ServiceTitan for job creation, updates, and workflow management. Use Hatch messaging to communicate with customers and reduce no-shows. Handle detailed data entry to keep records complete and current. Collaborate with field teams to balance workload and timelines. What you bring Call center experience: 2 years of inbound/outbound phone work (required). Appointment scheduling: 1 year (required). Dispatching: 1 year (required). ServiceTitan: 1 year of hands-on use (required). Hatch messaging: 1 year (required). Data entry: 1 year with high accuracy (required). Customer service in a trade business (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, generators): 2 years (preferred).
