Salary: $43000 - 48000 per year Requirements: We require a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred, though not mandatory. We value strong communication skills, patience, empathy, adaptability, attention to detail, time management, and a growth mindset. We need flexibility to work schedules aligned with client availability, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities: We implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. We deliver individualized one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each childs needs. We teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills in a structured, supportive setting. We build positive, trusting relationships with clients and support their independence and well-being. We conduct assessments, collect data, and monitor progress. We collaborate with our BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review outcomes and adjust treatment plans. We communicate regularly with parents and caregivers and share useful home strategies. We maintain accurate documentation of sessions and data collection. We participate in ongoing training and professional development to strengthen our ABA expertise.
