Helpdesk/IT Support Consultant

Skills For this role, it would be favourable if you can demonstrate knowledge of the following: Microsoft Windows OS Apple Mac OS Microsoft 365 SharePoint / OneDrive / Teams N-Able (or other RMM) ConnectWise Manage (PSA) Microsoft Server 2016, 2019, 2022/ 2025 Entra ID / Active Directory / Azure AD Azure (VM, Networking, Backup and others) Networking Backups Apple iOS / Android 3CX Immybot The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, think on their feet and have exceptional problem-solving skills. They will also have to be able to work independently but must also be a team player. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are also essential to this role.
