📋 Description Lead, manage, and mentor the existing design team, establishing high standards for design quality Run regular design critiques and provide clear, actionable feedback that strengthens individual Own and continuously improve the design process, including project scoping, reviews, collaboration Define future design-team structures, roles, and hiring needs, including portfolio evaluation and Act as a key connection point between Design, Product, and Engineering, representing user needs and Remain hands-on as an individual contributor, personally leading the most complex and 🎯 Requirements 6+ years of professional UX/UI or product design experience, ideally within B2B SaaS environments.
