Head of User Experience, Workplace Solutions

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a proven leader with experience defining and delivering enterprise UX or digital experience strategies We need a track record of driving large-scale transformation in complex, cross-functional environments We value a strong understanding of B2B client needs; experience in retirement, recordkeeping, or other workplace benefits is preferred We need the ability to simplify complex, multi-stakeholder journeys into intuitive solutions We expect exceptional stakeholder influence, including experience partnering with senior executive leaders We look for demonstrated success in building and developing high-performing teams We require 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in UX, product design, or digital strategy We require experience leading teams and delivering measurable business and client outcomes We require a bachelors degree; an advanced degree is preferred We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position Responsibilities: Define and lead the UX strategy for plan sponsor and consultant journeys across our Workplace Solutions business Replace fragmented, legacy workflows with connected, digitally enabled solutions Embed deep B2B insights into our product, service, and operational design Partner across Product, Technology, Operations, and Sales to align on enterprise priorities and investments Oversee design, research, content, and UX operations while building a high-performing, innovative team Establish standards, frameworks, and metrics to continuously improve experience outcomes Leverage data, emerging technologies, and modern platforms to improve usability and efficiency Technologies: UX UI Design Support More: hackajob is collaborating with Vanguard to connect us with exceptional professionals for this role.
