Head of Solutions Engineering

📋 Description Lead customer site visits and operational assessments to understand workflows, volumes, layouts Align customer Operations, Engineering, IT, Safety, Procurement and executive stakeholders on the Build credible business cases and fleet-sizing models covering utilisation, labour assumptions Define solution concepts, workflows, layouts, robot configurations, infrastructure and interfaces Work with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility, distinguish demonstrated capabilities Translate customer demand into prioritised Product requirements, balancing commercial value 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of proven experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Solid understanding of industrial workflows, automation systems and integrations with platforms Strong commercial acumen, with experience building business cases, ROI models, fleet-sizing Ability to work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Deployment and customer Direct experience with humanoid robotics, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), industrial robotics or Familiarity with operational modelling, simulation tools and robotics deployment economics. 🎁 Benefits Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale. 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
