Head of IT & Digital Transformation

Our Client: Up to $15,000 per month, AWS and VB 5 Days, Office Hours Woodlands Food Industry Responsibilities: Develop and execute IT strategies to support business growth and operational needs. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to improve business processes. Drive SAP-related initiatives and ensure systems are effectively integrated with business operations. Oversee the planning and delivery of IT projects, from requirements gathering to implementation. Partner with different departments to identify technology gaps and improve existing workflows. Manage IT infrastructure, vendors, cybersecurity, and system performance to ensure smooth operations. Establish technology plans and priorities that support the company’s long-term business direction. Manage and mentor the IT team, ensuring effective support and service delivery across the organisation. Requirements: Min Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field. Min 7 years of IT experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, F&B, or related industries with 2 years experience managing a small team. Strong SAP experience in implementation, optimisation, support, and integration Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
