Head of DevOps | Operations & Management

Step into a strategic leadership role where you shape and scale mission-critical infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. Our partner, an international technology-driven organization, is looking for a Head of DevOps to lead their DevOps strategy, infrastructure evolution, and platform reliability across highly available systems supporting business-critical services. Head of DevOps - Role Lead the DevOps function, defining and driving strategy across cloud and on-prem environments Oversee design, deployment, and operations of highly available Linux-based hybrid infrastructures Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) , automation, and CI/CD using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps practices Manage AWS/Azure/GCP platforms alongside on-prem datacenter infrastructure Ensure reliability, scalability, security , and strong observability (monitoring, logging, incident response) Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and IT to align infrastructure with business needs Drive continuous improvement, DevOps culture , and operational maturity across teams Lead decisions on containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration strategies Head of DevOps - Profile 5–10 years of experience in DevOps, Linux engineering, system administration, or infrastructure roles Proven experience in hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem) Strong expertise in Linux systems (RHEL-based environments preferred) Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, networking, and distributed systems Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) Previous experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role Fluent in English and French (mandatory) Strong communication and leadership skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance
