📋 Description Own the business systems estate end to end: NetSuite, Salesforce, Workato and DealHub among them Set the architecture, operating model and roadmap for how Reachdesk uses its systems. Own the SOC 2 Type II programme, the security policy set and the risk register as the accountable Own identity and access management, joiner, mover and leaver processes, and the device and endpoint Lead customer security assurance, from questionnaires and RFPs through to enterprise due diligence. Own the tech stack and application estate, including licence and spend decisions, consolidation and 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in business systems, IT or BizTech leadership within B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years Deep, hands-on ownership of an enterprise CRM, ERP and the integration layer between them.
