Head of Algo Trading (AI)

Role Overview Lead the development of a dedicated algorithmic effort to generate systematic, AI-driven alpha. Reporting to the founder, you will take the edge from thesis to a live, iterating mid-frequency trading operation. What You Will Do Own strategy end to end, from hypothesis generation to live deployment, and ongoing iteration. Develop proprietary models and leverage existing frontier AI models.
