Harness Engineering Specialist (Starshield)

📋 Description Develop harness design solutions in 3D NX CAD (models and drawings) Adhere to and improve internal design standards Generate electrical schematics for flight and qualification designs Test harnesses for thermal, loads, vibration, and shock Triage non-conforming interconnects and drive resolution Develop tooling and methods for electrical/optical harness fabrication 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalency 3+ years of wire harnessing experience or engineering degree Proficiency with Siemens NX for 3D harnessing/routing design Experience with electrical/optical harnessing processes and tooling Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment Excellent written and verbal communication Active Top Secret/SCI clearance desired or willingness to obtain Ability to travel to Lumen Dynamics, vendors, and partner locations 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary bands Stock and long-term incentives Medical, vision, and dental coverage 401(k) retirement plan Disability and life insurance Paid parental leave and holidays Paid vacation and sick leave
