We are looking for professionals with experience in Java, Guidewire, or EIS who are passionate about digital transformation, cloud technologies, and modern insurance platforms.Key Responsibilities:Deliver and support insurance transformation projects across Java, Guidewire, or EIS platforms.Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and agile teams to design and implement scalable solutions.Analyze requirements, develop technical solutions, and participate in testing, integrations, and deployments.Support platform modernization, cloud migration, and innovation initiatives.Communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities while contributing to continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Finance, or a related field.Experience in software development, consulting, system implementation, or transformation projects.Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following:Java developmentGuidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Guidewire Cloud)Eagle Investment Systems (EIS)Experience working in Agile environments.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Good command of English.Nice to Have:Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Knowledge of APIs, microservices, Kafka, and distributed systems.Experience in Insurance, Reinsurance, Wealth Management, or Investment Management.Relevant certifications in Java, Cloud, Guidewire, or Agile.Offer:Multisport CardLife insurancePrivate healthcarePowerYou platform
