Guidewire Cloud Platform Expert (Senior Engineering Excellence Consultant)

About the role We are looking for a Guidewire Cloud Platform Expert (Senior Engineering Excellence Consultant) to join an engineering enablement team focused on increasing the engineering maturity of squads delivering Guidewire solutions. This is a hands-on coaching and enablement role rather than a traditional delivery role. You will work across multiple squads, helping teams adopt modern engineering practices by leveraging your deep expertise in Guidewire Cloud Platform. Responsibilities Coach tech leads and engineering squads in modern engineering practices, including automated testing, trunk-based development, CI/CD, and progressive delivery. Drive continuous delivery improvements within Guidewire Cloud. Help remove blockers to the adoption of modern engineering practices. Act as a bridge between delivery teams and Guidewire on platform-related issues and change requests. Improve code quality, automation, and engineering standards. Define and measure engineering maturity goals. Tech stack Guidewire Cloud Platform, InsuranceSuite, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Gosu, Java, CI/CD, Continuous Delivery, Automated Testing Requirements Deep expertise in Guidewire Cloud Platform, including InsuranceSuite, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. Strong knowledge of Gosu, Java, integration patterns, and cloud release and upgrade models. Experience with CI/CD, deployment automation, automated testing, and continuous delivery. Strong coaching and mentoring experience with senior engineers and tech leads. Ability to contribute across implementation, architecture, and engineering strategy. EU work authorization is required. Nice to have Experience managing vendor/platform relationships and change requests. Experience with AI-assisted software engineering. Experience transitioning teams from manual releases to automated delivery. Swedish language skills. We offer B2B contract. Rate: 250–350 PLN/hour. 100% remote work. Full-time engagement.
