Own the product-led growth funnel, optimizing user activation and onboarding through data-driven experimentation.
📋 Description Own the PLG funnel end to end: activation, onboarding, trial-to-paid. Identify top drop-offs through funnel analysis; design and ship fixes. Run a continuous experimentation program: hypotheses, instrumentation, A/B tests. Optimize onboarding across surfaces: web signup, CLI, VS Code. Improve onboarding for non-primary providers (GitLab and others). Partner with engineering to instrument events so every funnel step is measurable. 🎯 Requirements 5 to 8 years in product management, growth/PLG funnels. Measurable funnel wins: conversion lift, activation, retention. Quantitative instincts: SQL, Amplitude or Mixpanel, stats significance. Experimentation rigor: clean tests, respect sample size. Developer-product sensibility: CLI, IDE, web users behave differently. Strong written comms and cross-functional leadership.
