Growth Manager – Business Applications

Microlabs Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-oriented ERP Sales Consultant to drive sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , our core business solution. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT solution sales and a strong ability to engage corporate clients, deliver effective presentations, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals. Responsibilities Promote and sell Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to corporate clients Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals Conduct corporate presentations, solution demonstrations, and client meetings Understand customer business processes and recommend suitable ERP or accounting solutions Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth project transition after closure Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records Requirements 2 to 3 years of experience in IT solution sales Preferably with sales experience in SAP Business One, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, accounting software, ERP solutions, or related business applications Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Proven ability to manage the sales process independently and achieve targets Confident in presenting solutions to management and corporate decision-makers Self-driven, proactive, and results-focused Good understanding of business software and digital transformation solutions is an advantage Experience in the Singapore market will be an added advantage Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients
