Manage campaign optimization and execute A/B tests across ad formats.
📋 Description Manage day-to-day campaign optimization across advertisers; hit KPI targets (CPA/ROAS). Execute supply-side and audience optimization across ad formats (banner, video, native, CTV). Run A/B tests on bids, budgets, creatives, and geos; document results for learning. Monitor pacing and budget allocation daily; flag risks and under-delivery. Build understanding of mobile attribution and how models affect measurement. 🎯 Requirements 1–3 years of programmatic ad buying or adtech experience. Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and attribution concepts. Analytical mindset; basic SQL ability or willingness to learn. Curiosity about AI and automation; willing to use LLMs in daily workflow. Nice-to-have: exposure to Python, CTV/OTT, or mobile in-app DSPs.
