📋 Description Lead Aperture Cloud's Platform product group as a player-coach. Hire, manage three PMs for Security, Observability, Billing. Own platform roadmap, priorities, and tradeoffs. Partner with Platform Engineering on sequencing and delivery. Deliver horizontal capabilities used by GPU instances and API. Define success metrics and iterate with data. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of product management, incl. platform/infrastructure. 3+ years hiring/managing PMs or as a first-line manager. Turn data and customer signals into clear build decisions. Win engineers, execs, and customers over to your ideas. Launch products and measure outcomes; iterate accordingly.
