📋 Description Lead Northwind Robotics's Core product unit (5 teams, 5 PMs). Define the vision and strategy for Core Northwind Robotics. Balance power, simplicity, and AI-ready UX. Coach, mentor, and grow Product Managers. Shape Northwind Robotics's foundational product experience. 🎯 Requirements Product leadership experience leading PMs or multi-team areas. Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset. Enterprise SaaS/B2B experience with scalability and adoption. Strategic prioritization across investments, tech, and users. Cross-functional leadership with Eng, Design, GTM, and exec. People management: coaching, hiring, and performance. 🎁 Benefits 25 calendar days of paid vacation.
