Group Product Manager - AI

📋 Description Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, metrics for AI portfolio. Manage PMs across AI product areas (Voice AI, Conversation AI, AI Employee, etc.). Build clear ownership across platform AI and cross-team surfaces. Partner with engineering to trade off model quality, latency, cost, and reliability. Own AI activation/adoption across agencies and sub-accounts. Define product strategy for AI Employee Growth and Platform charters. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of product management, with 3+ years managing PMs. Strong AI, automation, CRM, workflows, or B2B SaaS product experience. Proven ability to lead multi-PM product portfolios with competing priorities. Deep knowledge of AI product development: LLMs, voice agents, prompts, latency, cost. Technical fluency; able to partner with engineering while focusing on outcomes.
