📋 Description Design, implement, and validate improvements to IMC’s FPGA trading systems Work hands-on with cutting-edge hardware and development tools to optimise system performance Participate in pair programming sessions, peer code reviews, and design discussions to ensure Collaborate with traders and software engineers to deliver robust, low-latency systems Continue to grow through workshops, training sessions, and networking events with engineers across 🎯 Requirements Recently graduated (or graduating by 2027) with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering Experience with a hardware descriptive language such as VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog Proficiency in at least one programming language (C++ or Python preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for tackling complex technical Collaborative mindset; you thrive in environments that value creativity, innovation, and teamwork A genuine interest in how technology shapes financial markets (no prior finance experience required)
