*Govt* Project Executive – AI & Technology [Novena / 1-year]

We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Executive to support AI and technology adoption initiatives within a public sector environment. This role is suitable for candidates with strong project coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills , with an interest in AI and emerging technologies. Location: Novena Salary: Up to $4,500 per month Duration: 1-year Key Responsibilities AI Tools, Outreach & Training Research and review government and commercial AI tools and solutions . Engage internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify potential AI use cases. Support users in adopting AI tools and coordinate related training and upskilling initiatives. Develop communications and materials to promote AI awareness and adoption . Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Platforms Support the administration and monitoring of Microsoft 365 Copilot licences and usage . Assist with procurement, budgeting and administrative coordination. Coordinate AI-related training programmes and review course requirements. Respond to user queries and prepare regular updates/sharing on AI initiatives. POC, Events & Partnerships Coordinate technology showcases, visits, events and partner engagements . Support Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects from coordination through trial monitoring. Track project progress and support the assessment of solutions for wider adoption. Requirements: Singaporean only. Min Degree in any related discipline.
