Requirements:
Confident communication in German. 0,5 year of experience in Customer Service or IT helpdesk-related role. Upper-intermediate English language skills. Excellent soft skills and a customer-focused mindset. Being interested in IT and technical gadgets and simply enjoying surfing the Internet. Looking for an international working environment.
Must have: MS Office
Nice to have: Office 365, Windows
Daily tasks: - Use your German language knowledge to talk to customers via email, chat and telephone while providing comprehensive guidance and information on IT-related issues.
– Ensuring all customer contact with the Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets.
– Ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner.
– Having a proactive approach to service improvement.
– Provide quality information.
– Delegation of problems that cannot be resolved on the 1st level to the more competent Level 2 and Level 3 teams.
