About the Client A premier global provider of cloud-based investment management software. The organization delivers a flagship platform that automates front- and middle-office operations, including portfolio management, compliance, and order execution. Today, the system supports thousands of investment professionals globally, streamlining workflows and managing massive asset portfolios across institutional, wealth, and insurance sectors. What You’ll Do Partner with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Support Charles River IMS (CRIMS/OMS) implementation and upgrade initiatives across investment management organizations. Configure and validate compliance rules, user roles, security settings, and business workflows. Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), workflow validation, issue resolution, and production readiness activities. Provide functional guidance throughout implementation projects while driving client adoption and continuous improvement. What You Bring Experience implementing or supporting Charles River IMS (CRIMS) or comparable Order Management Systems (OMS). Strong understanding of investment management operations, trading lifecycles, and portfolio management workflows. Experience gathering business requirements and producing functional specifications. Experience configuring compliance rules, user privileging, role-based access, and security settings. Experience supporting UAT, workflow validation, and functional testing activities. Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, implementation teams, and technical stakeholders. Strong understanding of Capital Markets and investment management operations. Experience supporting trading, portfolio management, and investment workflows. Knowledge of compliance monitoring, entitlement management, and operational processes within Charles River. Experience participating in enterprise implementation or upgrade programs. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced consulting environments. High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. Collaborative mindset with the ability to bridge business and technical teams. Nice to have Experience with Charles River SaaS upgrade programs. Previous consulting or client-facing implementation experience. Experience working with global delivery teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
