General Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead operations at our Louisville, United States location (3951 Taylorsville Rd). In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic initiatives, oversee daily operations, and lead a high-performing team to achieve organizational objectives. Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market competitiveness Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement Oversee all operational functions, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiency Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze business metrics to inform data-driven decision-making Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to support business objectives Implement and enforce organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all operations Identify process improvement opportunities and drive organizational change initiatives Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior leadership on operational performance and strategic progress Ensure a safe, productive work environment that aligns with company values and industry standards Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams of varying sizes Strong financial management skills, including budget development, forecasting, and cost control Demonstrated strategic planning and business development capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Proficiency in time management and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively Experience with performance management and employee development programs Preferred Skills and Experience: Multi-unit or multi-department management experience Familiarity with data analysis tools and business intelligence software Project management experience and track record of successful implementation Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends Experience with process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives Background in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement Company Description We are MBR Management (a locally owned Franchise of Domino's) & we strive to treat all of our team members like family.
