General Laborer — Fencing Manufacturing Location: Savannah, TN Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Shift/Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM About the Role We're hiring a General Laborer to support daily operations in a fencing manufacturing shop. This role involves hands-on physical work assisting with production, material handling, and general shop upkeep — a great fit for someone who's reliable, works well with their hands, and enjoys an active, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Assist with the production and assembly of fencing materials and components Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the shop Operate hand tools and basic power tools Assist with general housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the work shop Support skilled tradespeople and team members as needed What We're Looking For No specialized education or technical training required Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work Ability to safely operate hand tools and basic power tools Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent schedule Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry materials throughout the shift Comfortable working in a shop/production environment IND2
