GenAI/Python Developer – AI/ML

Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements: Experienced GenAI/Python development background Strong expertise in Python, LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, vector databases, LLM integration, and multi-agent architectures Hands-on experience building scalable AI solutions, integrating commercial and open-source LLMs, fine-tuning models, and optimizing GenAI applications for performance, latency, cost, reliability, and production scalability Responsibilities: Design, build, and orchestrate Generative AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and multi-agent architectures Develop and maintain RAG solutions with LlamaIndex and vector databases, including retrieval pipelines that improve the accuracy and relevance of LLM responses Integrate and assess commercial and open-source LLMs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, and Mistral, according to application, performance, and cost needs Build scalable backend services and APIs with Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming Fine-tune and customize LLMs for domain-specific applications using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LoRA, and QLoRA Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve response quality and application performance Optimize GenAI workflows for latency, cost, scalability, and reliability Set up monitoring and observability for LLM applications using tools such as LangSmith and Langfuse Containerize AI applications and services with Docker and support production deployments through CI/CD pipelines Deploy and maintain GenAI solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Partner with engineering, AI/ML, architecture, and product teams to turn business needs into scalable AI solutions Troubleshoot and optimize production AI applications, APIs, retrieval pipelines, and model integrations Technologies: AI AWS Azure Backend CI/CD Cloud Docker FastAPI Fine-tuning GCP Support LLM Langfuse PyTorch Python RAG TensorFlow More: We are seeking a developer to create and deploy production-grade Generative AI applications and intelligent agent-based solutions.
