Game Producer

📋 Description Support the Lead Producer on the organisational and technical sides of the development cycle Act as Scrum Master: run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and other team Break the game or feature roadmap down into releases and sprints. Work in JIRA every day: create stories, maintain boards and track task progress. Follow the team's workload and re-prioritise tasks when plans or capacity change. Keep project documentation accurate, up to date and easy to find. 🎯 Requirements Experience coordinating teams and projects in an agile environment. Experience working with team estimates to build and maintain a plan. Working knowledge of Scrum. A certification is useful, but it is not a requirement. Practical experience with JIRA. Experience with Confluence or a similar documentation tool. An understanding of how games are made and how the games industry works.
