We're Hiring: Functional Analyst (Financial Aid Systems) Location: Remote | India Type: Contract We are hiring for a private equity client that acquires enterprise software companies and builds them into high-growth businesses using a proprietary operating model and AI-powered technology. This role sits in one of their higher-education software companies, which is investing in its delivery team. What You Will Do Lead client demos, discovery, training, and validation sessions Gather and document requirements, business processes, and workflows Configure the software to match each client's future-state processes Troubleshoot issues and work with developers to resolve them quickly What You Bring Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related discipline 5+ years in financial aid or financial aid systems management Experience with system configuration, data conversion, and implementation projects Strong communication skills, comfort training groups, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence If you know financial aid systems inside out, we'd love to hear from you.
