Lead technical delivery for a Django/JS application, defining SDLC and CI/CD practices.
📋 Description Serve as the single technical lead and client-facing advisor for a Django/JS app. Govern delivery on Windows Server/IIS and modernize Excel-heavy workflows. Define SDLC, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring practices to reduce single-point failures. Migrate code to hosted VCS and establish CI/CD pipelines. Lead code reviews and remediate technical debt. Deliver a roadmap with quick wins and modernization opportunities. 🎯 Requirements 8–10+ years in full-stack software engineering, leadership, or BI. Hands-on Django and Python backend development. Hands-on JavaScript frontend development. Strong SQL Server, SQL, data modeling, scalable DB design. Experience with Power BI and centralized reporting. Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc).
