Fullstack Staff Engineer (React.js/Python)

About the Role The company is hiring a Staff Full Stack Engineer to play a key role in product development. Working closely with Product and Design, you will build new features and enhance existing ones, with a strong focus on rapid prototyping and thoughtful system design. You will take ownership across the full development lifecycle, including architecture, solution design, estimation, development, testing, and code review. The role requires navigating complex problem spaces, particularly within sales compensation, and translating them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. What You’ll Do Design and build new product features and modules Own technical architecture and solution design Contribute to code reviews, testing, and observability practices Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams Continuously improve engineering processes and product quality What They’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in software engineering Strong product ownership and customer-focused mindset Experience working in ambiguous environments and making pragmatic decisions Solid frontend experience (React, TypeScript preferred) Strong backend design experience (Python preferred, but flexible) Proven ability to build scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders Ability to lead architectural decisions and guide technical direction Tech Stack Frontend: React, TypeScript, JavaScript Backend: Python, Django, PostgreSQL Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, CI/CD tools
