📋 Description Act as a senior technical leader across the engineering org. Drive architecture, direction, and cross-team challenges. Operate as a technical authority and multiplier, not people manager. Own critical fullstack architectures across frontend and backend. Hands-on coding, code reviews, and mentoring engineers. Collaborate with product and leadership on scalability, cost, and security. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience as staff/principal/senior software engineer in fullstack. Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript. Backend: Golang and/or Python; distributed systems & scalable APIs. Strong fundamentals: data structures, system design, design patterns.
