Job Title: Fullstack JavaScript Engineer Location: Remote – Open to Latin America (must have at least partial overlap with UK business hours) Type of Contract: Full-Time | Remote Salary Range: Competitive Salary + Performance Bonus (based on experience) Language Requirements: Advanced English (written and verbal) We are seeking a skilled Fullstack JavaScript Engineer with strong experience in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web application development to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building and scaling our fitness technology platform, developing everything from GraphQL APIs to greenfield frontend applications. Your work will directly impact product innovation, user engagement, and the delivery of premium digital fitness experiences for global brands and communities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack features from concept through production release. Build and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript. Develop and enhance backend services and GraphQL APIs using Node.js. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions quickly. Take ownership of features, releases, and production deployments in a fast-paced environment. Utilize AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and similar technologies to improve productivity, testing, and documentation. Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous platform improvements. Must-Have Qualifications Strong experience with the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem, including React, Node.js, and TypeScript. Hands-on experience building and consuming GraphQL APIs. Solid understanding of SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL. Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving startup or product-focused environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality. Excellent English communication skills, both technical and non-technical. Growth mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Tailwind CSS. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest. Experience building and maintaining component libraries using Storybook. Knowledge of Prisma ORM. Experience with Docker and containerized application environments.
