We are expanding our engineering and delivery teams in Bangalore and are seeking passionate professionals to help design, implement, and scale Halcyon Labs’s next-generation cloud-native services. Key Responsibilities Develop information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions Prioritize tasks effectively, communicate clearly, and deliver within stipulated timelines. Apply strong analytical capabilities to implement solutions based on agreed designs. Stay on the leading edge of development practices. Be passionate about great technologies, especially open source. Make informed decisions quickly and take ownership of services and applications at scale. Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals. Qualifications & Skills 5 to 6 years of experience in the full development lifecycle. Excellent understanding of front-end technologies such as Angular IO, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3.0, NGRX, and RXJS. Strong proficiency in C#, OOPS concepts, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and ASP.NET Core, preferably with a Linux-based development background. Experience working with event-driven architectures and Publisher–Subscriber patterns. Hands-on experience in building reusable Angular components. Expertise in responsive UI/UX design. Good understanding of user authentication and authorization across multiple systems, servers, and environments. Strong unit testing, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in version control systems such as GIT and Azure DevOps (ADO). Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Cloud exposure on at least one platform — Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Proficiency with RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB). Knowledge or experience in the Contact Center domain is an added advantage.
