Fullstack Developer (Vue.js, .Net)

If you want to work with smart teams to build important software, and you want to avoid big company bureaucracy, this is the place for you.Now we’re looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our team on a project for one of our international clients (InsurTech)We need a hands-on developer who can own delivery, improve code quality and work closely with architecture, QA, DB, DevOps, and product stakeholders.What exactly will you be doing?Building responsive, high-performance web applications using Vue.js on the frontend and .NET Core on the backend.Designing and implementing end-to-end features, from UI components to database models and cloud services.Leading development work across .NET, C#, and Azure-based applications.Reviewing and improving code quality, performance, maintainability, and reliability across the full stack.Working on application performance optimizations, including async/await, EF Core usage, caching, API design, memory allocation, and frontend rendering.Supporting the decomposition of monolithic functionality into modular components or microservices.Partnering with UX/UI designers and QA teams on testability, defect triage, and release readiness.Collaborating with product and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and reduce rework.Required Skills & Experience:About 10+ years of software development experience.Strong C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API experience.Strong Entity Framework / EF Core experience.Strong frontend experience with Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API, Pinia/Vuex, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3).Azure experience: App Services, Azure SQL, Application Insights, Azure DevOps, CI/CD.Experience improving performance and reliability in production systems.Experience leading developers, reviewing code, and setting engineering standards.Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice to Have:Redis / distributed caching.Azure Front Door, API Management, Service Bus, Storage.Insurance, fintech, or regulated environment experience.
