Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities Support full-stack application development, including front-end, back-end, APIs and integrations where required. Refactor and productionise prototypes developed rapidly by delivery teams , improving code quality, structure, maintainability and reliability. Set up and maintain development, testing and deployment environments. Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and deployment automation. Set up logging, monitoring, observability and alerting to support applications during pilots and deployment. Develop and execute unit, integration, regression and end-to-end tests. Reproduce, investigate and resolve bugs and technical issues identified during user testing and live pilots. Work closely with product managers, other engineers and relevant stakeholders to quickly resolve implementation issues. Requirements & Qualifications A. Educational Qualification & Experience Education: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred. Experience: Experience building and deploying full-stack web applications. Experience with software engineering practices including Git, automated testing and code review. Experience with DevOps and deployment tooling, such as Docker, CI/CD platforms and cloud or container-based environments. B. Technical & Professional Competencies Essential (Must-Have) Proficiency in modern front-end and back-end technologies, such as React / TypeScript and Python-based frameworks. Familiarity with logging, monitoring and application observability. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Preferred (Advantageous) Experience building or deploying AI-enabled applications, LLM-based workflows or agentic systems would be advantageous. C. Soft Skills & Communication Attributes Ability to work independently across several projects and operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. Strong sense of ownership and willingness to work directly with product teams and relevant stakeholders to get solutions into actual use.
