Location: Warsaw, Poland _(Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)_

We're looking for a Developer for one of our clients to help build new features and improve code quality across a modern web platform and content management systems. In this role, you'll work within established coding patterns, contribute to feature development, participate in code reviews, and continuously grow your technical expertise through mentorship from the Tech Lead and Senior Developers. You'll play an important role in supporting the client's global brand and marketing initiatives by delivering reliable, scalable, and high-quality web solutions.
– Build new functionality from specification through to production within established coding standards and development practices.
– Develop and maintain backend services using Nest.js (Node.js) and frontend applications using React and Next.js.
– Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs while maintaining the existing codebase.
– Participate in peer code reviews, learn from feedback, and contribute to improving code quality.
– Write unit and integration tests while following established QA and testing practices.
– Work with version control systems and deployment pipelines throughout the development lifecycle.
– Utilize AI-assisted development tools and workflows to accelerate learning, improve productivity, and enhance software quality.
– Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, Senior Developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
– 3+ years of professional web development experience.
– Strong foundation in Nest.js (Node.js) for backend development and React/Next.js for frontend development.
– Experience writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
– Experience working within code review disciplines and collaborative development environments.
– Comfortable working with version control systems and deployment pipelines.
– Familiarity with AI-assisted development and openness to using AI tools to accelerate development and improve productivity.
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
– Professional proficiency in English.
1.  Screening Call (30 min): A short introductory conversation with our recruitment team to discuss your background, motivation, and role expectations.
2\. Cultural Fit Interview: A meeting focused on collaboration style, communication approach, and how you operate in an international environment.
3.  Technical Interview: A deeper technical discussion covering data architecture, analytics engineering, and HR data topics, including a hands-on deep dive relevant to day-to-day responsibilities.
4.  Final Interview (45 min): A concluding conversation focused on behavioural aspects, leadership and ownership mindset, and managerial alignment.
