(We're also hiring a Front-end) About the Role We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript to design, build, and maintain production - ready software. You will work closely with the product team, mentor junior developers, and help shape system architecture while ensuring high-quality code and reliable delivery. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy long-term ownership of products, close collaboration, and seeing features evolve from concept to production in a SaaS environment. Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements) 5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years of continuous contribution within a single company, product, or dedicated project team Proven ability to deliver and maintain production-ready applications across the full stack Experience working in small, collaborative, cross-functional teams Exposure to SaaS products or SaaS style features such as user-driven platforms, subscription-based systems, or multi-tenant applications Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and PostgreSQL Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and full-stack integration Experience working within Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban Proficiency with Git based workflows using GitHub Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills Open to applicants with a conducive workspace at home.
