Full Stack Developer (Mid/Senior) – Espoo We're looking for a full stack developer to become our first in-house engineer and take ownership of our platform and its technical development. We are a service company founded in April 2025. We have around 100 people and over €1.5M in cumulative revenue (April 2025 to September 2026). Bookings, scheduling, invoicing, payroll and customer communication all run on our own ERP. Your role: Your role: You'll develop our ERP into a solid long-term platform and build automation on top of it: tools that use our operational data to plan, coordinate and improve daily work, so less of it depends on manual effort. You'll build close to the people using the system, refining features based on real feedback from operations. You own the architecture and have a say in technology choices. Where we're going: The work is part of a Business Finland co-funded R&D project, validated in our operations in Finland and Sweden. After the project, we'll pilot the system with other service companies and develop it into a SaaS platform. This is a permanent position. What we expect Senior experience designing, building and running production systems, with a backend focus Strong PostgreSQL and data modelling skills, and solid API design (authentication, authorisation, RLS) Enough frontend experience to build usable internal and customer tools Experience taking over, auditing, refactoring or migrating an existing system Good practices in testing, CI/CD and observability You use coding agents for speed but rely on your own judgement for integrity and security, and you can audit and untangle AI-generated code You can turn a vague business problem into buildable, measurable steps Finnish language skills. What we offer Full technical ownership: architecture, stack, codebase and releases Real users and data with fast feedback Modern tooling, including AI coding agents €4,000–6,000/month depending on experience Office in Espoo, close to operations Working language: Finnish and English Who you work with: You report to the CEO, work with operations staff who test the tools in practice, and can draw on external experts, with the role expected to grow into Lead Engineer or CTO as the platform and team grow.
