Full-Stack Developer 'DatLab'

At Oroboros Instruments in Innsbruck, you will join an innovative team driving the success of the world-leading Oroboros Bioenergetics Platform for measuring cell respiration. To expand our team, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible: 1 Full-Stack Developer 'DatLab' (m/f/d) (32 - 38.5 hours/week) Your responsibilities º Support the development of DatLab, our instrument control and data analysis software that forms an integral part of the Oroboros system º Implement new features and resolve issues in DatLab, while acting as an interface between our laboratory scientists, the in-house software development team and external partners º Implement internal quality control procedures and good programming practices to manage workflows, releases and code review º Improve the DatLab data analysis pipeline and develop innovative solutions Your profile º University degree or comparable experience in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field º Strong experience with Python and modern frameworks (React, Angular or Vue) is required º Experience with APIs and SQL databases, data management and interest in data analysis is required º Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: C#, C++, Java, Qt (QML), R, Node.js, PHP, Go, .NET, as well as front-end technologies HTML, CSS or JavaScript º Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary team with mitochondrial physiologists and other software developers º Proactive working style, flexibility, the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills are expected º Full working proficiency in English is required, German is a plus Our offer º A diverse area of responsibility with impact and room for professional development º An international and collaborative team that welcomes different perspectives º Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely for up to two days/week º Support on your public transportation ticket and an initial German course for non-native speakers Minimum salary under the collective agreement for Angestellte und Lehrlinge in Handelsbetrieben is 3.600 EUR gross/month (full-time, paid 14 times per year).
