Requirements:
5+ years of development experience with proficiency in Java and Python . Strong command of software engineering principles (SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD). Advanced experience with Spring Framework and relational/non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Hands-on experience with microservices and event streaming technologies . Prior exposure to AI / Machine Learning / NLP / Data Science as a strong plus. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Nice to have Frontend: JavaScript/Vue.js Prompt Engineering, LangChain, LangGraph Clean Architecture Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions. Daily tasks: - Engage in end-to-end development: analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
– Apply the principle: “You build it, you support it”.
– Design solutions aligned with technology standards and guidelines.
– Identify and manage technical debt while prioritizing new features.
– Pair program and mentor team members to deliver best-in-class solutions.
– Collaborate closely within a team of 4–6 engineers and a dedicated product owner.
