Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software development Strong experience in Java and Python Solid understanding of modern engineering practices: SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD Proven experience with Spring Framework Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-streaming technologies Effective verbal and written communication in English Nice to Have Exposure to JavaScript/Vue.js for front-end development Experience with Machine Learning, AI, NLP, or Data Science Familiarity with Prompt Engineering , LangChain , or LangGraph Knowledge of Clean Architecture principles Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions. Daily tasks: - Work within an agile team (4–6 members) alongside a dedicated product owner
– Break down business requirements into user stories and deliver them iteratively into production
– Take part in designing and implementing secure and scalable solutions
– Share responsibility for production support—we believe in the principle: “the team builds it, the team supports it”
– Identify and help manage technical debt, ensuring a balance with feature development
– Pair-programming and knowledge-sharing with team members across geographies
