Full Stack Developer

Job Summary: We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who is fluent in Python/Node.js, React, Docker, PostgreSQL, and AWS — and knows how to use Claude Code to move faster, write cleaner code, and ship production-grade systems efficiently. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable applications end-to-end. You’ll also help define best practices for AI-assisted development, integrating Claude Code into the daily build, review, and deploy cycle. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and React (frontend). Build and manage APIs, microservices, and event-driven backends optimized for AWS. Use Claude Code for intelligent code generation, refactoring, and documentation while maintaining human-level oversight and architectural control. Create and manage PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and performance tuning. Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate builds/deployments on AWS (ECS, EKS, or EC2). Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for testing, deployment, and release automation. Write clean, modular, and testable code with strong adherence to best practices. Collaborate with designers and product owners to iterate quickly while maintaining technical excellence. Drive the adoption of AI-assisted coding workflows across the engineering team. Requirements 5+ years of full-stack development experience. Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python/Node.js, and React. Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, API Gateway, IAM). Solid experience with Docker and containerized deployments. Strong background in PostgreSQL database design and performance optimization. Expertise in GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation. Working knowledge of Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT Code Interpreter). Understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and distributed systems. Excellent problem-solving skills, code quality discipline, and autonomy. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating Claude Code into large-scale or production-level projects. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Comfortable in Agile or fast-moving startup environments. Contributions to open-source projects or AI tooling initiatives.
