Design and implement coding tasks and testing for AI training projects.
📋 Description Design multi-file coding tasks across bug fixing, features, refactoring Write clear specs and reference implementations Develop and extend unit and integration tests Review peer tasks for correctness and clarity Identify edge cases and potential failure modes Ensure alignment between specs, code, and outputs 🎯 Requirements Advanced written proficiency in English 3–7 years software engineering experience Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Java, C#, or Go Backend or full-stack production systems experience Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go) Proven ability to debug multi-file codebases Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and migrations 🎁 Benefits Part-time, project-based engagement Remote work Flexible schedule; consultants provide their own tools May work for other vendors subject to allowances Per-project payment model
