📋 Description Design and implement multi-file coding tasks across bug fixes and features Write clear specifications and reference implementations Develop and extend unit and integration test suites Review peer tasks for correctness, clarity, and realism Identify edge cases and potential failure modes Ensure alignment between specifications, code, and outputs Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work Work Type: Remote 🎯 Requirements Advanced professional written proficiency in English 3–7 years of software engineering experience Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Java/C#/Go Backend or full-stack development in production systems Experience with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit) Proven ability to debug and navigate large multi-file codebases Experience with code reviews, refactoring, and migrations 🎁 Benefits Project-based consultant role paid per project Consultants control schedule and tools Remote work arrangement
