📋 Description Design, build, and deploy AI/ML for ITSM triage and routing Develop NLP models for ticket summarization and root-cause detection Create AI-powered agents to assist support engineers and users Automate resolution workflows with scalable runbooks and automation Integrate AI with ITSM HALO platform Build APIs and event-driven automations across monitoring and ITSM tools 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as Full Stack, Platform, or AI Engineer with ownership of production systems Strong JS/TS skills with React, Next.js, or equivalent Backend development with Python, Java, or Node.js and secure APIs Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production Strong experience in Python and/or Java for backend and ML development NLP/LLM/GenAI experience (transformers, embeddings, RAG, prompts)
