A growing AI-focused consulting organization is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to join its hybrid team in Chicago or Denver. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to build cutting-edge AI applications using modern technologies including LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, Python, React, and cloud-native tooling. The company partners with major enterprise organizations to develop and deploy production-ready AI systems that solve meaningful business challenges. This is not a traditional software engineering role. The organization is looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex business problems, influencing technical strategy, and working directly with customers. Successful candidates will help shape AI initiatives from ideation through deployment while collaborating with highly experienced engineers in a fast-growing environment. This position offers exposure to emerging AI technologies, direct client interaction, technical leadership opportunities, and a strong engineering culture centered around mentorship and continuous learning.
